In 2001, the Shekinah Tabernacle Church was built with hard work and hope, and strives each day to serve the community that surrounds it.
The mission of Woza Africa is to help South Africa’s youth, through faith, hope and education.                 

We recognize the importance of nurturing the growing minds of these children, making them aware of their own strength to overcome their unfortunate circumstances.

Woza means to rise up, to uplift.

Whether it’s providing the youngest children with the basics through Pre-kindergarten or introducing technology such as computers and the Internet, our mission is to uplift and support these young people during an essential time in their development as people.

There is a dire need for childcare throughout the nation of South Africa. Our goal is to follow this model and establish more of these centers across the country.
